The Enclosure Upgrade That Actually Fixed My Warping

My ABS corners were lifting on every print over 100mm. Glue stick, brims, a hotter bed — nothing stuck. The fix turned out to be the air around the part, not the bed under it.

The build

A folding tent enclosure, a cheap temperature and humidity sensor, and a small filtered exhaust fan. Total cost was under fifty dollars.

Results

The chamber holds steady around 38°C after fifteen minutes of preheat. Warping on the same test part dropped from every print to none in ten runs.
